Check if your question is answered below:
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe portal where you can cancel. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Go to Settings → Billing and try the "Sync Subscription" button. If it still doesn't update, email us with your account email and we'll fix it right away.
We don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. See our Terms of Service for details.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including courses, tasks, files, and plans.
Email us with a description of what happened, what you expected, and any screenshots. We'll investigate and get back to you within 24 hours.
