Workloadr AI LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates workloadr.ai, an AI-powered task and study planning platform for college students. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data.
By using workloadr.ai you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and contact us to delete your account.
When you create an account — via email/password or Google OAuth — we collect your email address, first name, and last name. This data is managed through Supabase Auth.
During onboarding we collect your timezone and study-habit preferences, including results from the procrastination profile quiz. This is used to personalise your planning experience.
We store the tasks, assignments, and courses you create, including titles, descriptions, due dates, priorities, and course associations.
You may upload PDF, DOCX, and image files as assignment attachments. Files are stored in Supabase Storage in a private bucket accessible only to your account.
We store the study roadmaps and daily plans generated by LEO (our AI planning engine) on your behalf.
We track activity used to power product features: study streaks, daily activity records, and task-completion statistics.
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment-card details. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your access tier.
To generate your study roadmap, workloadr.ai sends your assignment text, task descriptions, and uploaded file content to AI language model providers (currently Ollama-hosted models including Qwen3-VL). This data is transmitted solely for the purpose of generating your plan and is not used to train AI models.
We recommend avoiding uploading files that contain sensitive personal information beyond what is relevant to your coursework.
We rely on the following third-party providers. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Supabase — supabase.com
Authentication, managed PostgreSQL database, file storage, and realtime event delivery. All your account, task, and file data resides in Supabase.
Stripe — stripe.com
Payment processing and subscription management. Stripe receives your payment-card details; we receive only a customer ID and subscription status.
Ollama / AI model providers
LLM inference for plan generation. Assignment text and file content are sent to these providers to produce your study roadmap.
Vercel — vercel.com
Frontend hosting. Vercel may collect standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, request path) as part of its infrastructure operation.
Railway — railway.app
Backend API and worker hosting. Railway processes requests containing your data in transit; it does not have persistent access to stored user data.
All data transmitted between your browser, our API, and third-party services is encrypted in transit using TLS. User data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL hosted on AWS (us-east-2). Uploaded files are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket with row-level security; files are not publicly accessible.
We apply standard security practices including environment-variable secrets management, JWT-based authentication, and role-based access policies. No system is completely secure — if you believe you have found a security issue please contact us at pdagur@workloadr.ai.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data — tasks, courses, uploaded files, AI plans, usage records, and profile information — is permanently deleted. Stripe retains its own payment records as required by applicable financial regulations.
You can delete your account from the Account settings page inside the app.
workloadr.ai uses browser local storage and session storage to persist your Supabase Auth session tokens between page loads. This is strictly necessary for authentication and cannot be disabled while using the service.
We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or cross-site analytics.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
workloadr.ai is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at pdagur@workloadr.ai and we will promptly delete the account and associated data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of workloadr.ai after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes we will make a reasonable effort to notify you via the email address on your account.
